What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and friendly manner
- Monitor member accounts, including transactions and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely support
- Onboard prospective members, guiding them through the application process and conducting Zoom calls as needed
- Take ownership of member issues, following up on outstanding requests and escalating when necessary
- Maintain dashboards and monitor queues to provide statistical data and assist with onboarding processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment
- Proficient in English, with an additional language being a plus
- Previous experience in the fintech or banking industry is preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency environment is a significant advantage
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling customer queries via live chat and email
- Previous work experience in a remote team setting
- Additional language proficiency, such as Mandarin or Japanese
- Familiarity with the principles of consumer protection and ethical conduct in customer interactions
