What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound sales and service calls, focusing on enhancing customer experience without cold calling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Reliable internet connection with specified download and upload speeds
- Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Ability to maintain a private, dedicated workspace free from interruptions
