What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow enterprise relationships with new and existing accounts
- Provide training and support for TELUS Agronomy's precision software
- Conduct regular planning with key accounts to ensure software meets their needs
- Develop and document feature use-cases for product enhancements
- Advocate for customers' technology needs and influence positive change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education in Agricultural Business, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of account management experience in an agricultural-related field
- Knowledge of farming practices, agricultural equipment, and precision ag software
- Understanding of soil fertility principles, fertilizer recommendations, and GIS/GPS technologies
- Ability to travel to remote locations within the assigned region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience using web-based or mobile platforms for account management
- Familiarity with TELUS Agronomy's products and pricing strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mentality
