What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and demonstrate the use of TELUS Agronomy's data and technology to enterprise customers
- Identify training needs and methods to enhance customer satisfaction and software adoption
- Conduct regular planning with key accounts to ensure the software meets their needs
- Provide hands-on training and educational meetings for customers, both in-person and via webinars
- Track all customer interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate account information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in a related field such as Agricultural Business or Precision Agriculture
- Minimum of 1-3 years of account management experience in an agricultural-related field
- Knowledge of farming practices, agricultural equipment, and precision ag technologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to remote locations within the assigned region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with web-based or mobile platforms for account management
- Familiarity with soil fertility principles, fertilizer recommendations, and GIS/GPS technologies
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
