      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with state and regional child welfare agencies, focusing on training and monitoring evidence-based treatments
      - Orient and onboard new customers to the employer's products, providing education on their use
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed and communicated effectively
      - Manage customer contract deliverables from implementation through ongoing support
      - Utilize project management tools to track customer activities and priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Child Welfare or related fields, including experience with state or local government agencies
      - Experience managing projects or implementations in social services settings
      - Basic knowledge of the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) and its relevance to child welfare
      - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
      - Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of Child Welfare professional language and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with California social service systems
      - Prior experience in customer success or SaaS environments
      - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
