      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive adoption and retention practices for Hive’s self-serve customer segment
      - Support renewal and retention efforts by ensuring customers realize ongoing value from Hive
      - Track progress and communicate effectively with customers when issues arise
      - Advocate for customers by documenting needs and sharing insights with internal teams
      - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and internal documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Coordination, Support, Sales Development, or similar)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening and empathy
      - Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple customers and priorities
      - Problem-solver mindset, capable of researching solutions and escalating issues as needed
      - Legal authorization to work in Canada

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in SaaS, technology services, or subscription-based environments
      - Exposure to sales or account-growth motions (renewals, upsells, expansion support)
      - Familiarity with CRM or CS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gainsight
