What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a key support function to Customer Success Managers by handling administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support in tracking and retaining data in company systems, including billing dates and contracts
- Assist with billing queries and support billing audits
- Track and drive end-of-life (EOL) activities and ensure timely resolution of disputes
- Create and provide reports to support Customer Success Manager activities and customer meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree and 1-3 years of professional-level experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistent customer service
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good organizational skills

- Experience in an administrative role or service management environment
- Strong planning skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Familiarity with client relationship management and effective communication techniques
