      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating product and industry knowledge through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
      - Respond to user complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, utilizing conflict resolution skills
      - Assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams with ad hoc requests and fraud reviews as needed
      - Support interdepartmental needs related to user interactions and the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) product
      - Review player deposit and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud to ensure account integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with users
      - Ability to work weeknights and weekends, covering 40 hours per week with 5 days of work
      - Availability during holidays and major sports events
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the sports or gaming industry
      - Familiarity with Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) platforms
      - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in gaming
      - Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to user behavior
      - Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
