What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the client relationship, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and continuously improve strategies for customer programs
- Monitor and report on the progress of all customer programs and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Handle customer communications and escalations in a timely manner
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to brand protection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Brand Protection or a related role, preferably as a Client Manager/Coordinator
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks
- Motivated, results-driven individual with strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Timely, Freshdesk, and Asana
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on understanding industry trends
