What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide case creation and triage for all incoming customer events
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop services in a timely manner
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining quality support
- Collaborate with IT staff and customers to ensure seamless support of desktop services
- Strive for First Call Resolution within dictated Service Level Agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 months to 2 years of work experience or recent graduate from an IT Technical School or associated degree program
- Progress toward or completion of CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of basic Windows, Macintosh, and other operating systems and desktop hardware
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
