      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide case creation and triage for all incoming customer events
      - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to end-user devices and software
      - Maintain adherence to customer-defined operating processes and procedures
      - Strive for First Call Resolution within designated Service Level Agreements
      - Collaborate with team members and clients to share issue resolutions and improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 months to 2 years of work experience, or a recent graduate from an IT Technical School or possession of an Associate's Degree
      - Progress toward or completion of CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task, particularly in a chat environment
      - Basic understanding of Windows, Macintosh, and other operating systems and desktop hardware

      - Experience in a technical support role or IT service desk environment
      - Proactive approach to building relationships with clients and team members
      - Familiarity with industry trends and their impact on customer needs
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
