What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain customer and deal records in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain a renewals pipeline, tracking timelines and details.
- Review customer utilization data to provide insights for improving retention and renewals.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing customers for implementation.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidate with strong organizational skills.
- Interest in sales operations, SaaS, or customer success.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop within the company.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework related to SaaS, sales operations, or customer success.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and AI solutions.
