      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers using the platform
      - Connect platform functionality and customer use cases to support capability adoption plans
      - Drive adoption and scale the use of capabilities at customer sites to foster growth
      - Investigate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to develop remediation plans
      - Conduct customer training and demos across the product suite to facilitate adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of related work experience as a Customer Success Manager
      - Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Experience working in technology or healthcare, preferably on the vendor side
      - Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
      - Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and materials using Microsoft Office tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multiple years in IT support or relevant experience in the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with SQL Server, JIRA, and other technologies to resolve complex data issues
      - Proven ability to lead successful client meetings with various stakeholders
      - Knowledge of HIPAA and experience with EHR or claims data
      - Experience interacting with Product and Engineering teams for software improvements
