Job Description

- Build your own customer portfolio working with new customer acquisition.
- Identifying and facilitating Upsales.
- Advocate for customers.
- Strategic planning and execution for a designated geographical area or areas.
- Supporting the overall success of the Life Science & Data business.
- Quoting & contract negotiating for customers.
- Work with Product Management, Partners, Order Fulfilment and Project Management for continuous improvement of Elekta’s services and their delivery to customers.
- Keep current on competitor products and key market drivers.
- Proven track record in sales and building strong relations with customers. You have a problem-solving mindset, project management and collaboration skills.
- 3-5 years of experience working with cloud-based software products preferred in digital health, Real-World data, Digital Health Interventions area. Customer onboarding, Customer Success, Account management or another related role.
- Experience within healthcare or life science and an interest in getting a strong product knowledge and understanding for clinical workflows and the challenges with that.
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking, German is meritorious.
- Higher education in relevant field.
- Experience working with clinical staff and hospitals, preferably in the field of oncology.

As a clinical trials digital companion Elekta Kaiku captures the outcomes that matter to patients when bringing new targeted therapies to market.
What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Customer Success Manager at Elekta you will have the important role of driving growth and long-term customer and key stakeholder relationships by building your own customer portfolio for Elekta Kaiku Health Patient Companion solution, particularly in Medical Oncology with focus on Central Europe and the UK.
You will work with everything from building your own customer portfolio to identifying and facilitating expansion opportunities within hospitals and hospital chains. You will have the overall responsibility of managing your own portfolio but also to plan and implement activities in collaboration with other members of the team to help ensure users’ continuous engagement and product adoption.
Furthermore, you will have the important role of represent and be the voice of our clients in the product development, marketing and sales activities by being the expert in discussions with medical oncology centers about Digital health interventions and use of Real-World Data.
