      What we are looking for:

      We are seeking a highly motivated, data driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. You will be responsible for building relationships with our clients and ensuring adoption of our products for successful business outcomes through education and enablement. You are passionate about working with customers to understand their needs, address their concerns and provide them with expert guidance and support while driving maximum revenue for the company.

      This is an opportunity to join a newly established customer success team and to help us scale.

      Responsibilities :

      • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's unique goals, needs, and desired outcomes.
      • Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks that may hinder customer success.
      • Implement a structured and proactive approach to nurturing customer relationships and driving value throughout their lifecycle.
      • Align internal teams and processes to ensure the voice of the customer is being heard internally to improve customer experience and drive retention.
      • Help build metrics and measurements to track customer success, adoption, and overall satisfaction.
      • Provide ongoing training and support to empower both our team members and customers to achieve their goals within the customer success framework.
      • Serve as the expert for a book of business and provide guidance and support on all aspects of their goals.
      • Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and adoption of our technology platform by being proactive.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
      • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to think strategically.
      • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
      • History of curiosity and seeking out information to always be learning.
      • Proven track record of successfully managing and retaining customer accounts.
      • Proficiency in Salesforce, G-Suite and learning new technologies.
