What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive successful adoption and retention of all products within your customer portfolio
- Provide expert guidance on applying the software to specific operational processes and challenges
- Use a consultative approach to help customers optimize product value by leveraging features
- Manage ongoing customer relationships to encourage growth, expansion, and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management supporting a B2B SaaS product
- Strong organizational and process-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing restaurant operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Catalyst, and Google Apps
- Experience working with a distributed team
- Background in supporting the restaurant, convenience store, or grocery industry verticals
