      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion by understanding their needs and crafting success plans
      - Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance awareness across the district
      - Develop communication strategies to monitor account health and deliver on student learning outcomes
      - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams throughout the customer journey
      - Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategic plans based on monitored metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
      - Experience in organizing and leading project implementations
      - Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new software
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience in Education and/or SaaS environments driving large account implementations

      - Demonstrated proactive approach to mitigating churn and handling customer objections
      - Passion for supporting teachers and students in their educational endeavors
