      The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from Aryaka's network security solutions. The CSM will work closely with clients to understand their security and network performance needs, provide guidance on best practices, and foster long-term relationships. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

      Key Responsibilities:
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Customer Success Management:
      o u00A0 u00A0Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Aryakau2019s SASE products and services.
      o u00A0 u00A0Educate customers on the capabilities and best practices using our products and solutions.u00A0
      o u00A0 u00A0Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements and optimize customer experiences.
      o u00A0 u00A0Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for security and network management.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Performance Management:
      o u00A0 u00A0Track and report on territory coverage and account alignment.
      o u00A0 u00A0Manage Account, Opportunity, and Territory Alignment in Salesforce.
      o u00A0 u00A0Respond to reporting requests and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
      o u00A0 u00A0Assist in the bookings and revenue forecast process, including pipeline and forecast management.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Collaboration and Liaison:
      o u00A0 u00A0Act as a liaison between Sales and other functional groups, including Legal, Product, Finance, and Support.
      o u00A0 u00A0Participate in daily and weekly team meetings and conference calls.
      o u00A0 u00A0Manage renewals and account true-ups.
      o u00A0 u00A0Oversee order processing and opportunity management to ensure accuracy and approval based on standard terms and conditions.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Other Duties:
      o u00A0 u00A0Assist in maintaining data cleanliness in Salesforce.
      o u00A0 u00A0Balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
      o u00A0 u00A0Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

      Required Qualifications:
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A05+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Exceptional organizational skills.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Experience in the Telco sector with circuits, SASE, and/or cybersecurity in a customer-facing role.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Ability to analyze customer data to identify best practices.

      Preferred Qualifications:
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Competence in Salesforce administration and reporting.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Strong relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Technical aptitude for learning software programs.
      u2022 u00A0 u00A0Strong project management experience, especially with a diverse portfolio of clients.
