What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall relationships with assigned clients, focusing on driving adoption and retention of the HealthCast™ Services portfolio
- Collaborate with account teams to define success criteria for deployment, education, and customer satisfaction
- Develop customer success plans and proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
- Measure and communicate customer achievements against key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while advocating for customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy and engagement within post-sales or services functions in healthcare
- Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing product use-cases and workflows with customers
- Background in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy (RT)
- Experience conducting training or workshops for customers on technology implementation
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions
- Advanced degree preferred
