      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the gross and net retention of accounts in your book of business
      - Provide guidance on optimizing Wrike usage based on customer use cases and work processes
      - Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assess customer progress and measure Wrike’s impact
      - Collaborate with marketing teams to identify references and case studies
      - Advocate for customers' needs in meetings with product managers to influence product evolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in account management or customer success/services
      - Experience working with marketing, IT, and PMO teams
      - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients, including executives
      - Knowledge and experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
