 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Lead post-sales activities for enterprise customers, including onboarding, implementation, and product adoption
 - Collaborate with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business
 - Become a product expert and provide professional advice on security best practices and compliance standards
 - Manage a portfolio of 40 Enterprise customers, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction
 - Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to promote advocacy and retention
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company
 - Proven experience managing a book of business within the Enterprise sector
 - Strong background in onboarding, implementation, and identifying opportunities for customer expansion
 - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with technical customers
 - Track record of achieving retention targets and fostering long-term customer relationships
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Experience in audit (internal or external), risk management, compliance, or GRC frameworks/tools
 - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 - Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making an impact in a startup environment
 - Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives and building trusted relationships
