What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of clients, including banks and credit unions
- Support the assigned Account Director in driving growth and success for strategic accounts
- Engage in client management, education, contract negotiation, and daily support
- Monitor key metrics for success, such as customer renewal rates and revenue retention rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity across the business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales/marketing experience required; minimum 3 years as a Partner Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager
- Experience managing a revenue portfolio between $5 - $15M+ annually
- Proven experience with financial service clients, including credit unions and regional banks
- Ability to analyze data and present industry-specific insights to clients
