      Responsibilities:

      - Establish trusted/strategic advisor relationship with assigned customers and drive continued value of solutions
      - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for solutions and services
      - Manage overall and ongoing relationship with multiple customers through proactive account management
      - Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with external and internal teams throughout the customer's lifecycle
      - Work with clients to establish critical goals and help them achieve their objectives

      Key Areas of Responsibility:

      - Develop and deliver success plans to key customers, identifying stakeholders, milestones, metrics, and risks
      - Engage with customer executives and influential stakeholders to measure the overall impact of solutions
      - Facilitate frequent customer consultations to strengthen relationships and drive value realization
      - Measure and report the impact of offerings to ensure a common understanding of value
      - Act as 'Voice of the Customer' to advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally.

      Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of experience in IT relationship management or account management
      - 2 years of experience working with customers in an Account Management, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success role
      - Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
      - Customer Success certification.

      Required Skills:

      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively collaborate and problem solve
      - Ability to learn new technology and keep pace with an ever-changing industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Proficiency in technology, software, and licensing programs
      - Sales and/or technical certifications specific to the Technology or Partner line of business
      - ITIL Foundation Certification
      - PMP and/or Project Management experiences
      - End-user experience with SalesForce CRM
      - Experience with Gainsight or like Customer Success toolset.

      Additional Information:

      - Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations or client sites.
