What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to drive value realization and ensure business outcomes through the use of purchased solutions
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, focusing on high complexity and intensity
- Proactively support customers in adopting full functionality of services to maximize their value
- Establish success metrics and track progress to achieve annual goals and objectives
- Develop and document account strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year undergraduate degree preferred
- Solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement
- Proven track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and advisory boards
- Strong business and financial acumen; treasury domain expertise is a plus
- Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- High degree of accountability and a customer-centric attitude
