      Join our team as a Customer Success Manager. You'll be key to helping our customers get the most out of our product offerings and services. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, offer proactive support, and ensure our customers are satisfied and successful.

      Your key responsibilities include:

      • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by engaging with customers from C-Suite executives to accounting departments.

      • Regularly checking in with customers to ensure they achieve their goals and addressing any issues proactively.

      • Meeting annual sales goals aligned with Cargas’ company objectives.

      • Providing valuable feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams to improve the customer experience.

      • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.

      • Addressing and resolving customer concerns efficiently.

      The successful candidate:

      • Has 5 years of experience in accounting, business consulting, or account management/sales of ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft.

      • Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

      • Demonstrates proven sales and networking abilities.

      • Is confident in presenting to top executives.

      • Can analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

      • Holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

      Ideal qualifications:

      • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot.

      • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other cloud-based ERP solutions.

      • Understanding of ERP functionality and accounting/financial systems.
