      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage named accounts with over $30K in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and develop tailored success plans
      - Lead online and in-person consulting sessions, showcasing deep product knowledge
      - Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
      - Analyze customer usage trends and deliver actionable insights to drive retention and growth
      - Execute marketing campaigns, client demos, and deliver annual business reviews using Salesforce and Gainsight

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–4 years of direct account management experience
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and present insights
      - Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
