What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop deep product knowledge to align features with business outcomes and communicate roadmap insights
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities by creating tailored commercial solutions

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to penetrate accounts strategically

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or related roles with mid-market/enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts using customer success tools and methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills to optimize account performance and drive retention
- Excellent collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional presentation skills and data storytelling abilities
