What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, focusing on retention and growth opportunities
- Execute the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and value-added services
- Act as a product expert, driving adoption and managing client challenges
- Monitor customer health and develop creative solutions for retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts and engaging in 1:many campaigns
- Skilled in negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections
- Highly proficient with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the fitness industry, preferably boutique fitness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth is a big plus
- BA/BS Degree preferred
