What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall relationships with assigned clients to drive product adoption and retention
- Collaborate with account teams to define success criteria for customer satisfaction and deployment
- Develop customer success plans and proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements
- Monitor and report on customer achievement of key performance indicators and program status
- Advocate for customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN or RT in a hospital setting with 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy and engagement
- Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new technology platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the enterprise software space
- Prior experience conducting training or workshops for customers
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop product use-cases and workflows with customers
