What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the customer lifecycle for Partnership customers, including regular calls, marketing support, and renewals
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, focusing on customer health, retention, and expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals
- Develop technical knowledge of Roomvo products and integrations to ensure optimal implementation for partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive best-in-class customer experiences and provide ongoing support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to different audiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in SaaS industry
- Fluency in a second language
