      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience
      - Oversee customer onboarding and ensure timely achievement of critical IT objectives
      - Act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities
      - Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues, serving as the main escalation point for business and technical challenges
      - Conduct business reviews to summarize value and future growth strategy for customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS company
      - Technical acumen in IT fields such as User Access Management, authentication, and device management
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a technical environment
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

      - Experience in crafting Success Plans that lead to impactful customer outcomes
      - Familiarity with JumpCloud products and the ability to drive customer engagement
      - Proven track record of identifying upsell opportunities

      - Ability to conduct effective business reviews with executive engagement
