      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience
      - Oversee customer onboarding and ensure achievement of critical IT objectives
      - Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues
      - Act as the main escalation point for business and technical challenges
      - Identify and drive expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience at a SaaS company
      - Technical acumen in IT fields such as User Access Management and device management
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical environments
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a technical support role or similar position within the SaaS industry
      - Familiarity with JumpCloud products or similar directory services
      - Previous experience in customer success or account management roles
      - Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption and retention strategies
      - Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
