 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Act as the primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers, managing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle from app launch to renewal
 - Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success while managing escalations with empathy
 - Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their business priorities and monitor their progress towards key results
 - Drive adoption of Alpaca features among Live Partners and disseminate best practices
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams to advocate for partner needs and influence product roadmaps
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - 4-6 years of experience in a customer success role, managing customer relationships
 - Understanding of key technology concepts, such as SaaS and APIs
 - Experience working in both large and small companies
 - Ability to work remotely and independently, managing time and obligations effectively
 - A dedicated interest in Alpaca's mission to enable financial services access to everyone
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - FinTech experience, especially within a broker-dealer business
 - Startup mindset suited for a fast-paced, high-growth environment
 - Experience working with international B2B clients
