      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and deliver exceptional partner care and project management for assigned K12 school and district tutoring programs
      - Consult with district partners to effectively promote and engage students in tutoring services
      - Collaborate with learning services and instructional teams to align staffing with customer specifications
      - Train clients on utilizing administrative dashboards and reporting services to manage their tutoring programs
      - Analyze client usage reports to identify trends and prepare customized reports demonstrating service impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 4-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or similar education experience
      - Proven ability to manage and develop ongoing customer relationships independently
      - Excellent communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs (SalesForce), and understanding of online technologies
      - Ability to interact effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with educational technology solutions
      - Familiarity with K12 schools and districts as a vendor
      - Bilingual or multilingual skills
