      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own all daily activities for assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and growth
      - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and solving problems
      - Develop in-depth knowledge of products to provide enhanced solutions for customers
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class fleet and energy programs
      - Project manage customer initiatives and drive agendas for regular meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in a customer-focused role with a proven ability to grow business and deliver strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
      - Proven project management and problem-solving skills
      - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

      - Experience or interest in fleet management, mobility, energy, or electric vehicles
      - Ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
      - Track record of building strong partnerships and trust with clients
