What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new customers, including working with Plan Sponsors and Admins to set up Group Accounts and manage platform integrations
- Drive adoption of the employer's services with customers' employees by providing instructions and training on Group Retirement Savings Plans (GRSP) and financial wellness
- Manage the transfer of existing Group Plans to the employer's platform
- Provide ongoing support and expertise on the Wealthsimple for Business platform, highlighting key features and functionality
- Proactively reach out to customers to share best practices, optimizations, and general account management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual – fluent in both writing and speaking in French
- Experience in the Group Retirement/Pension industry
- Superior time management, task prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to adjust communications and support to different audiences and their needs
- Strong problem-solving skills matched with deep customer empathy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer relationship management within the financial services sector
- Familiarity with financial wellness programs and their implementation
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven environment
