What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage PRS customer accounts in the US region
- Interface with accounts via telcon, email, and/or text/phone
- Provide orientation to existing and new accounts on product ordering and payment processes
- Facilitate urgent order fulfillment and coordinate product returns
- Act as a product expert and respond to customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Located in Pacific Standard Time Zone or Mountain Standard Time Zone
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment or medical device experience
- High integrity, outstanding communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%
