      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Corporate Onboarding Coordinators and Managers in developing client-facing presentations and documentation
      - Facilitate the implementation process for corporate customers by supporting onboarding milestones and deliverables
      - Provide professional communication and follow-up with Corporate Onboarding clients to ensure satisfaction during account setup
      - Manage onboarding tasks, timelines, and project plans while providing status updates to stakeholders
      - Collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill customer needs and maintain data accuracy in core business systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3+ years of customer success or customer service experience
      - Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
      - Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize responsibilities independently
      - Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management and/or customer onboarding experience
      - Basic experience with Generative AI
      - Strong work ethic and critical thinking abilities
