      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Customer Success function in the Legal Professional business by providing accurate and timely data related to product usage and customer insights
      - Produce and maintain key reporting functions, including usage data, activity reporting, and customer renewal tracking
      - Identify customer pain points and develop playbooks to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction
      - Collaborate with various teams to create compelling campaigns that drive customer satisfaction and net recurring revenue
      - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of 3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Service/Support functions
      - Strong understanding of Customer Journey and Customer Success/Renewal processes
      - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and MS Office 365, especially Excel
      - Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines and develop plans for short-term objectives
      - Experience in implementing CRM reports and dashboards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Alteryx or similar data engineering tools
      - Strong presentation and project management skills
      - Excellent stakeholder management abilities
      - Collaborative, solution-oriented problem solver
      - Good communication skills, both written and verbal
