      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement scalable, data-driven processes for Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
      - Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to drive efficiency in Success operations
      - Streamline access to client data and resources for Success Managers
      - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to enhance customer experience
      - Manage feedback loops for continuous improvement across the Customer Success organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
      - Demonstrated expertise with reporting and data visualization tools
      - Strong analytical skills to track metrics and extract insights from data
      - Excellent project management and organizational skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce administration and flow automation
      - Proven ability to design scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
      - Knowledge of best practices for change management in Customer Success
      - Experience with customer lifecycle messaging and segmentation
      - Passion for Customer Success as a strategic function within mission-driven organizations
