      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email
      - Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities and completing tasks on time
      - Learn and retain knowledge quickly, utilizing problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
      - Deliver courteous and professional communication to ensure an A+ customer experience
      - Provide basic training to customers on installed products and participate in after-hours support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of exceeding established goals and objectives, demonstrating integrity and trust
      - Knowledge of POS applications such as Micros/GEMpos is a plus
      - Strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems preferred
      - Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in a related field (Business or Technical) is recommended but not required
      - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus
      - Enthusiastic personality with a customer-focused attitude
      - Ability to foster a positive work environment as a team player
      - Experience in the food service or nutrition field is highly regarded
