What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving efficiency among Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and reducing client cancellations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive deeper customer engagement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product releases and support the customer success team
- Act as a trusted advisor to dealership management, ensuring effective integration and utilization of products
- Mentor associates and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the automotive industry
- At least 6 years in a customer-facing role
- Technical expertise in CDK DMS Variable Operation
- Comprehensive knowledge of dealership workflows and automotive technology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 years of experience in the dealership industry
- 4+ years in enterprise software solutions engineering, consulting, or architecture
- Familiarity with web infrastructure and software development best practices
- SaaS experience
