      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the liaison between clients and the employer's internal teams, including Product and Sales
      - Evaluate customer workflows to identify efficiencies that align with their business models
      - Conduct regular meetings and interactions with clients to demonstrate the value of the DESTINI suite
      - Collaborate with Account Managers to communicate client status and account health
      - Participate in testing prerelease versions of software and assist clients in integrating changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, specifically in estimating/bidding
      - Strong knowledge of construction systems, means, and methods
      - A passion for delivering high levels of customer service and empathy towards clients
      - Ability to quickly learn and master the DESTINI Estimator and DESTINI Data Manager
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the DESTINI Suite of products (Estimator, Data Manager, and Bid Day)
      - Familiarity with data integration and implementation processes in a commercial construction setting
      - Previous involvement in customer success or support roles within technology companies
