**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Host and support group and individual sessions focused on product usage and fundraising best practices
- Assist customers post-onboarding through structured success programs
- Guide customers through core platform features and workflows via email, Zoom, and phone
- Respond to customer inquiries and proactively address any adoption challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Customer Success, or tech sales
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously in a scaled environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain concepts clearly
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and teach software tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with nonprofits, fundraising, or donor engagement
- Familiarity with nonprofit CRMs or online fundraising platforms
