      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line support for inbound customer requests via in-app chat, emails, and virtual calls
      - Troubleshoot and report potential bugs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on fixes and enhancements
      - Foster exceptional customer experiences across various professional service industry roles
      - Update internal and customer-facing databases with information on technical issues and customer interactions
      - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Solid foundation in QuickBooks Online navigation
      - Experience with customer support or ticketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
      - Familiarity with digital workspaces and communication tools (e.g., G-Suite, Slack, Zoom)
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Tech-savvy with the ability to investigate and diagnose complex issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in legal accounting or legal operations
      - 2+ years of experience in Customer Support/Success in SaaS
      - Experience working in SaaS startups
      - Previous remote work experience
