What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and appropriate resolutions
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of the company's products and services
- Maintain current knowledge of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency in responses
- Attend benefit fairs and client meetings as necessary to provide information and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in call centers, insurance, telecommunications, or related industries
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Proficient in using multiple software programs and MS Office
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a third-party administrator role for processing payments
- Familiarity with internet browser settings and online purchasing processes
- Ability to build rapport and effectively ask relevant questions to identify customer needs
- Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of quality assurance testing for software applications
