      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for boat and ATV shoppers, providing expert guidance and personalized support
      - Respond to customer inquiries and conduct proactive outreach to connect customers with local sales teams
      - Employ best practices for handling inbound email inquiries and telephone communications
      - Collaborate with retail store and support teams to ensure satisfying outcomes for customers
      - Maintain product knowledge to assure quality response to customer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Experience in inbound/outbound call center or customer support center
      - Strong telephone skills, including voice quality and listening abilities
      - Excellent writing skills for composing grammatically correct communications
      - Punctual and reliable work attendance
