What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer and sales representative issues by providing proactive recommendations for products and services
- Execute solutions and escalate issues to the team manager as necessary
- Assist with inquiries related to ordering, products, services, returns/exchanges, and delivery delays
- Handle inbound email and chat contacts from customers and sales representatives
- Document and report any discrepancies or critical issues to maintain company standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Customer Service or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a related field
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology for job-related tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
