What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle emergency tire breakdowns and other tire services for commercial fleet customers
- Collect breakdown information from commercial truck drivers and dispatch road service to tire dealerships
- Multitask with precision, make quick decisions, and remain courteous while handling multiple streams of communication
- Verify information, troubleshoot problems, and track all communications
- Put the customer first, collaborate as a team, and make quick decisions independently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One+ year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clear phone voice

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
