- Multitask effectively while remaining courteous and tracking all communications
- Collaborate as a team and make quick decisions independently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the authorized states: AR, IN, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, or WI
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent written communication skills and clear phone voice

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to troubleshoot computer and internet issues
- Experience with online learning and retention of new policies and updates
